House Rules
Please observe the following House rules of play at all times:
Supervision & Responsibility

Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult (aged 18+).

Required adult-to-child ratio:

1 adult per 2 children under 5

1 adult per 4 children over 5

Parents/guardians must:

Stay on-site at all times

Monitor their child’s safe use of equipment

Ensure children understand and follow the rules

Know their child’s location at all times

Children may only use the facility when accompanied by a responsible adult.

Parents/guardians are expected to supervise according to their child’s individual needs and behaviour.

Management reserves the right to restrict entry or play sessions.
Health & Safety
-
Do not bring children who are unwell or have been unwell in the last 48 hours.
-
Children who become unwell on-site must leave immediately.
-
Report all injuries or incidents to a staff member as soon as possible (within 24 hours).
-
Children must not become overheated — ensure regular hydration and rest.
-
No smoking or vaping on the premises.
-
CCTV is in operation for everyone’s safety.
-
Dogs and other animals are not allowed inside.
-
Emergency evacuation: follow staff and fire marshal instructions. Do not collect children from classes; staff will evacuate them safely.
Clothing & Equipment Use

Children must wear gripping socks on play equipment.
-
No shoes allowed inside play areas.
-
Long sleeves and trousers are recommended to reduce injury risk.
-
Jewellery is worn at your own risk.

Children with glasses should take extra care.
-
Height and age restrictions on equipment must be followed.
-
No glass bottles or glassware in soft play or pretend areas.
Food & Drink
-
All snacks and meals must be purchased from Pebble & Nest.
-
Exceptions: food for weaning babies or for medical reasons.
-

No food or drinks are allowed in the soft play or pretend areas.
-
Food and drink are only permitted in the café area or at seated tables.
-
Strictly no nuts allowed — Pebble & Nest is a nut-free site.
-
No chewing gum allowed.
Buggy & Personal Items
-
Buggies are not permitted on the third floor.
-
Please fold and hang buggies at the reception area on the second floor (storage is limited).
-
Consider attending without a buggy if possible.
-
All personal belongings remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
-
We are not liable for lost or stolen items, including money.
Photography & Privacy
-
Photography and filming are not allowed without prior permission.
-
Respect the privacy and safety of all members.
Conduct & Behaviour
-
Disrespectful, aggressive, or abusive behaviour by children or adults toward staff or others will not be tolerated.
-
Offenders may be asked to leave, receive a warning, or be banned.
-
Any witnessed inappropriate behaviour must be reported to staff — do not intervene directly.
-
Parents/guardians must ensure their children interact respectfully with others.
-
Please be considerate of our neighbours when entering or leaving the premises.
Check-In & Entry

All members and ticket holders must check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Named adults must collect a wristband from reception during check-in.
-
Management reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.
Refunds, Cancellations & Bookings

We may refuse orders at our discretion.
-
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 working days.
-
Food orders may only be cancelled before preparation begins.
-
Once preparation has started, no refunds will be issued.
-
Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, but not refunded.
General Notice
-
Play involves inherent risks such as falling or bumping into others — part of natural, active play.
-
Please report all accidents, even minor ones, to a staff member for first aid support.
-
Completing a booking or food order confirms your agreement to the rules and payment terms.
